"You are required to empty the recycle bins before leaving the flat, however the recyccle bin in the bathroom was not emptied and apparently nobody checked this."

"We stayed for 6 nights with our 2 teenage boys (11 and 13 years old) . This is a really nice , spacious flat, clean with everything you will need apart from dishwasher. It is home to home feeling. It is on 1st floor and there is a lift too. Just below there is a market and nearby a nice boulangerie . The neighbourhood felt very safe and quiet . It is 20 min flat walking from promenade. Many nice restaurants around , like at rue bonapart (3min walking) . We had a car so we liked the private parking just outside the flat. However we ended parking on streets around the house as the private parking was very expensive. I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend to others."

"Well located, well equipped & comfortably sized appartment in walking distance to the beach, old town with loads of restaurant and shops as well as great access to public transport. Thx to the washing machine one can travel light. A carrefour express, a sweet bakery, and a local grocery shop offer all you need during the day. We only use the car for a day trip to St Paul - everything else we did by foot & train) Host service was super with super helpful restaurant recommendations."

"Nothing really to say. 2 more beach chairs on the balcony would be nice. The appartment does not have a dishwasher but we didn't mind doing our breakfast dishes by hand."

"Location is amazing! Very clean, shower was really nice. Spacious - it was bigger than I thought it would be. Excellent communication with hosts. Self checkout. Very secure place and quiet safe feeling neighbourhood"

"As it appears to be an older building the sound proofing between apartments isn’t amazing but you get used to it very fast and it isn’t an issue."

"Easy flexible check in / check out, met at the property by helpful agent. Spacious central apartment, beautifully decorated, great facilities and stocked with the basics in the kitchen and bathroom. Beach towels and umbrella were a nice touch. Washing machine was unexpected and useful. It was great to have outdoor space. Location was 10/15 mins walk from most places, port, old town, beach. Easy access to transport, 10 mins to the tram stop at the port and Nice Riquier train station. top tip get the train from Riquier to Villefranche sur mer - 3 mins - and your straight onto the beach."

"This is a really small point, Could have done with a mirror in the main bedroom - there's a lovely spot for it on the wall as you open the door"

Хозяин разрешил заезд и выезд раньше и соответственно позже положенного времени, за что большое спасибо! И самое главное: отличный кондиционер, который не был указан в бронировании (был чудесный бонус)."

"Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Washer was handy and clothesline on patio for drying clothes. Appreciated the coffee pods, shampoo and soap for our use. Parking was nearby at the Barla garage. Plan to spend more than usual to park anywhere in Nice."
